These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for work we do for a client — that is a separate document, signed before a project starts.

ReadyAstro, a web design business in Sanford, North Carolina. You can reach us at hello@readyastro.com.
The example businesses are invented
The example sites shown here — their business names, prices, reviews and photographs — were created to demonstrate what a finished site can look like. The businesses do not exist, the reviews are not from real customers, and the photographs are AI-generated or licensed stock. Every example page says so on the page itself. Nothing on them is an offer, and any resemblance to a real business is unintended.
Prices and descriptions here
Anything this site says about what we build, what it costs or how long it takes is current as of the date above and is not an offer. Actual work is quoted in writing, and the signed agreement is what governs it.
Using this site
Read it, link to it, and get in touch. Please do not attempt to break into it or disrupt it, do not collect from it automatically at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not copy its design or code wholesale to resell as your own.
What belongs to whom
The design, code and writing on this site are ours. The typefaces are used under their own licences, photography under its licence, and any real client work shown here appears with that client's permission. Quote us or link to us freely with attribution; please do not republish a page or its code as a whole.
Sending us a message
Getting in touch does not create a contract or a client relationship, and we do not treat what you send as confidential until we have agreed in writing to treat it that way. A project begins when there is a signed agreement.
Accessibility
We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we want to know when something here gets in your way. Email hello@readyastro.com, tell us what happened and what you were using, and we will fix it.
No warranty
This site and everything on it is provided as it is. We do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors, or that it will always be available.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, ReadyAstro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising out of your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Other sites
Links to other websites are there for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they contain or do.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed, and using the site after that means the updated terms apply.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the State of North Carolina, and any dispute about them belongs in the state or federal courts of North Carolina.
