Privacy

Last updated October 7, 2026

ReadyAstro designs and builds websites for small businesses. This page covers this site only — readyastro.com. The sites we build for clients have their own privacy policies, written for what those sites actually do.

The short version

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. It runs no advertising or remarketing scripts and no session recording. The only information we receive about you is what you choose to send us on the contact form, a privacy-preserving count of visits (described under How we count visits), and the standard logs any web host keeps.

What the contact form asks for

Your name, your email address, your phone number if you would like us to call, and whatever you write in the message. The form also tells us which language the page was in, so we can reply in the same one. That is all we need in order to answer you. Please do not include payment card numbers, Social Security or other government ID numbers, account numbers, or medical details — we do not need them, and we do not want them sitting in an inbox.

Where a message goes

The form is handled by Formspark, which passes your message to our email at hello@readyastro.com. Our email runs on Google Workspace. Those two companies process your message on our behalf so that we can read it and reply; neither is permitted to use it for anything else. Formspark also records the IP address a message was sent from, and the approximate location it points to, and keeps them for twelve months.

How long we keep it

If we end up working together, we keep the correspondence for up to seven years, the way any business keeps its contract records. If we do not, we delete your message and our reply within twenty-four months. If you send us something you would rather we did not keep, say so and we will delete it as soon as we have dealt with it.

How we count visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is built to work without identifying anyone: it sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser, and does not track you by IP address or build a fingerprint of your device. It tells us how many pages were viewed and which ones, which site linked to them, roughly what part of the world a visit came from, what kind of device it was on, which browser and operating system it used, and how quickly the page loaded. It does not tell us who you are. The script that does the counting is loaded from static.cloudflareinsights.com, and it sends what it counts to cloudflareinsights.com.

Server logs

Our host, Hostinger, keeps the standard server logs every web host keeps — IP address, browser type, the time, and the page requested — to keep the site running and to defend it from abuse.

What we do not do

No advertising or remarketing pixels. No session recording and no heat-mapping — not on this site, and not on any site we build, for any client, at any price. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the companies named above that handle it for us, unless the law requires it.

Do Not Track

Some browsers can send a Do Not Track signal. This site treats every visit the same way whether or not one is sent, because there is nothing here for it to switch off.

Children

This site is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect anything from a child under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, email us and we will delete it.

Asking us to delete what we hold

Email hello@readyastro.com and we will delete the messages we hold from you and confirm that we have done it. If we are in the middle of a signed project together, we will keep what the agreement and our tax records require, and nothing else.

Sites we link to

Where this site links somewhere else, that site's own privacy practices apply once you arrive. We do not control them.

Changes to this policy

If what this site does changes, this page changes with it, and so does the date at the top. We update the policy in the same change that adds or removes the tool, not afterwards.
